Gecko Lodge is based in the village of Dimchevo , a short distance South of the city of Burgas in Bulgaria and only a 45 minute drive from the airport. Nestled close to lake Mandresko and the Southern Black Sea beaches it is the perfect base to discover the area, especially if you like birdwatching. The Via Pontica one of Europe's largest bird migration routes is right over head.

kayaking
Our in house kayak company has been running for 13 years and caters for all abilities, it is a safe and tranquil way to get closer to the nature on the nearby Fakiska river which feeds Lake Madresko.
